The contracts call for the networks Televisa and TV Azteca to carry NFL games for the 2004, 2005 and 2006 seasons.
The networks, which each will carry 23 games, will also televise the next two Super Bowls.
Televisa will air the September 9 season-opener between Indianapolis and defending Super Bowl champion New England on its Galavision network. Galavision also will carry 16 Monday night games, the Thanksgiving Day game between Chicago and Dallas and five NFC play-off games.
TV Azteca will carry 17 Sunday afternoon games on Azteca 7, the Thanksgiving Day game featuring the Colts at Detroit and five AFC play-off games.
