Goodform started its efforts month and are due to present their findings and recommendations in September. The Badminton Association want to raise more funds needed to develop the sport – already one of the UK’s top five participation sports.
Stephen Baddeley, Badminton Association of England chief executive, said: “Goodform stood out in the tender process as a specialist in sales and marketing in the sports industry, who have helped other governing bodies like ourselves. We also liked their very practical approach, based on some tangible achievements in other sports.”
Goodform’s managing director Stuart Dalrymple said: “Our focus will be to help the governing body to engage with its ‘customers’ more frequently, we want to put in place a sport-wide CRM strategy designed to give better service to badminton members and players, and generate more income.”
