The decision has been made in accordance with a recent UEFA Congress ruling, and means that UEFA committee members who reach the age of 70 during their term of office will not be re-elected for another term.
In deciding the composition of UEFA's committees and panels for 2004-06, the executive committee has also decided to dissolve several expert panels that were in operation for the period between 2002 and 2004.
They are the Futsal Experts Panel, Marketing, TV and New Technologies Panel, Media Panel, Sports Medical Panel, Transfer Pool Panel, Women's and Girls Football Panel and the Youth Coaches Panel.
