The new four-year extension deal will see Fox Sports Net carry 40 additional Big 12 events, which will include women’s basketball and seven other conference championships.
Said Big 12 commissioner Kevin Weiberg: “The exposure and financial support provided by this agreement have been an important part of the growth of our conference.”
Fox has extended its deal to carry Big 12 Conference football through until 2011.
