TSE, which advises governments and cities on bidding campaigns for major sporting events, as well as advising federations of their commercial development, saw the listed finance firm buy up 100 percent of its shares.
TSE Consulting is headed by Robin Courage in London and Lars Haue-Pedersen in Lausanne.
