The structural and civil engineering elements of the two firms will join forces in the UK, under a new venture to be known in the European buildings and property market only as SKM Anthony Hunts, with more than 200 staff.
The merger takes to more than 300 the number of staff employed by SKM in Europe.
Engineering consulting firms, Sinclair Knight Merz – which has worked on the new Wembley Stadium and Athens Olympic Stadium - and Anthony Hunt Associates are to merge parts of their European operation.
