Shareholders of Churchill Downs Inc – which owns tracks in Florida, Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky, and stages the likes of the Kentucky Derby and Arlington Million – will meet on Thursday.
CDI also owns off-track betting facilities and a television production company and has interests in various telecommunications and racing services companies that support CDI's network of simulcasting and racing operations.
The company which hosts some of the world’s top horse races stages its AGM later this week.
