The TXT2BET service, developed by mobile gaming specialist m-connected, allows UK mobile phone users to bet on any game throughout this summer’s football tournament. The service offers punters the same choice of betting options and odds that are available to Stanley’s online customers.

If the service proves popular with football fans, Stanleybet will offer SMS betting during the 2004/5 Premiership season and beyond, with similar services covering the Champions’ League, fixed odds horse racing and fixed odds numbers betting.
