A leading book studying the mediation of sports disputes is to be published in China in the run-up to the 2008 Beijing Games.
Written by international sports lawyer Ian Blackshaw, ‘Mediating Sports Disputes; National and International Perspectives’ is being translated into Chinese for the release.
The publication has been prompted by the organisers of the Beijing Games who have stated they want mediation to play a key role in resolving disputes both on and off the track.
