TAG's new tournament

Watch brand TAG Heuer has come up with an innovative new sports marketing strategy – a golf tournament open only to those buying its latest limited edition product.

The company has created just 100 Link Challenge 2004 watches – with each customer paying the cool £1,200 price-tag gaining entry to its special golf event.

A further ten players will be drawn at random from customers who have bought one of the brand’s watches over the last ten years.

The Link Challenge will take place at Sunningdale in September with team captains including TAG Heuer ambassadors David Coulthard, Ines Sastre and Ian Poulter.
