The MIA says those attending the annual NASCAR trade visit will be able to extend their trip with an organised visit to the major centre of operations for the IRL community.
Attendees will travel to the heartland of stock car racing in Charlotte and Mooresville, North Carolina during the four-day trip in May, with the option of then flying on to Indianapolis where many IRL teams and organisers are based.
The event is billed as a rare opportunity for UK companies to meet with NASCAR teams and key stock car racing personnel in a relaxed atmosphere.
UK firms attending the Motorsport Industry Association’s trade mission to the US will be able to benefit from an insight into the workings of both NASCAR and now the Indy Racing League too.
