The three-year deal comprises of cash and the donation of hand-sets. The financial terms were not disclosed.
Said Guy Morse, executive director of the Boston Athletic Association, organisers of the race: "We're constantly increasing the use of technology to ensure the safety and accuracy of our race, and this year, we know we've selected a superior telecommunications partner."
The Boston race has been staged for more than 100 years and sees more than 20,000 runners compete. It takes place on April 19.
