The countdown to the Turin Winter Games in 2006 has begun - and to mark the occasion one of the event's major sponsors has helped unveil a massive clock in the city centre.
With two years to go before the opening ceremony, Swatch, the official timekeeper of the Games, teamed up with TOROC, the local organising committee, to erect a five-metre high 'countdown clock' in Piazza Castello.
Swatch is also official timekeeper of the Athens 2004, Beijing 2008 and Vancouver 2010 Games.
