The new machines, deployed both at Enstone and Viry-ChC"tillon, will provide the Renault F1 Team with advanced internal machine shop technology.
"Our goal for 2004 is to fight more consistently with Ferrari, Williams and McLaren and prepare to push for the championship in 2005," confirms managing director Flavio Briatore.
"In order to achieve this, we have completed a comprehensive restructuring of our resources and a re-evaluation of the machine tools at our technical centre."
The Mild Seven Renault F1 Team has announced a new official supplier agreement with DMG for use of the company's machine tools for milling and turning.
