Rob Pope as vice president, strategy will be a key player in GEM’s strategy team working alongside Chris Carroll. He will have responsibility for developing strategic marketing programmes for clients in the UK and globally.
Dwyer, a former international squash player becomes vice president, sales and business development and will spearhead the GEM new business division.
