Pezaris said he will pursue ‘other interests’.
Meanwhile, Steve Snyder, formerly vice president of marketing, has been promoted to executive vice president.
In his new role, Snyder will assume Pezaris' duties overseeing programming, production, fantasy products, operations and technology, as well as marketing.
Said Michael Levy, founder and CEO of SportsLine.com: “We are grateful to Peter for the contributions he has made to the growth of our company, especially in the area of fantasy sports, and wish him well in his future endeavors.
"Steve is uniquely qualified to handle this new role due to his experience in successfully handling a wide variety of positions previously, both here and at Golfweb."
Snyder joined SportsLine.com in 1996, when SportsLine.com acquired Golfweb, where he was director of site development, responsible for marketing, product management and application development.
Pezaris had served as president of operations and product development since April, 2002. He had joined SportsLine.com in December, 1999 as vice president of fantasy, following SportsLine.com's acquisition of the company he co-founded in 1995, Daedalus World Wide Corporation, the producer of Commissioner.com fantasy sports products.
