The one day event, which takes place on January 22 at the De Vere Cavendish Hotel in London, will see a number of key industry figures meet to discuss various crucial legal issues currently affecting the sports industry.
Among the seminar sessions include a look at exploiting sports rights in 2004; a case study on the legal issues in delivering a major commercial rights programme at the 2003 Rugby World Cup; event cancellation and force majeure; and current competition law issues in sport.
