Following a promoters meeting in Barcelona, the 2004 tournament will be expanded from two to three groups. All will battle it to qualify for the Superfinal, which, for 2004, will be staged in Monaco between September 3-5.
The newcomers - Holland, Ukraine, Poland, Turkey, Croatia, Malta, Estonia, Monaco, and Greece - will be distributed over Group B and C, integrating themselves with the existing countries Austria, Germany, Belgium, and Switzerland.
Group A will consist of teams that have participated in former EPBSL’s; Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, England, and Norway.
