According to the latest figures, over 65m visitors checked out MLB.com during the 26 days of Division Series, League Championship Series and World Series this year – more than double the 29m visitors during last year’s postseason.
In addition, says the league, MLB.com and the 30 individual club sites drew over 560m page views during the 2003 postseason, five times higher than the 91m page views in the same period last year.
During 2003 postseason, fans also watched or listened to over 50 million minutes of baseball action on the site.
