US motorsport promoter Dover Motorsports has declared a cash dividend to shareholders.
The board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on both classes of common stock of $.01 per share.
The dividend will be payable on December 10 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 10.
Dover Motorsports promotes events for NASCAR, CART, IRL and the NHRA.
