ECB hits back at reformers

Des Wilson, chairman of the ECB's corporate affairs committee and a member of the ECB's management board, has hit out at the self-confessed 'reformers' of English cricket.

In a speech made to the sport's First Class Forum in London, Wilson defended the ECB's role in the governance of cricket and heavily criticised those who would seek to change it - in particular the newly formed Cricket Reform Group headed by a number of ex-players including former England captain Mike Atherton.
