Following the wholesale changes made at the start of this season, F1 owners seem content with how the year has progressed with the championship still undecided with one race remaining.
The owners will discuss today proposals for next season to be raised at a meeting of the Formula One Commission tomorrow.
Among the changes on the table include a decision on testing rules with teams currently offered the chance to test throughout the season.
It seems likely however that the team owners will recommend that there be no major changes to the sport for 2004 with issues such as a switch of qualifying from Saturday afternoon to Sunday morning already ruled out.
The Formula One team owners are meeting in London today and are likely to recommend to the Formula One Commission that changes to the structure of the sport next year should be kept to a minimum.
