The deal will see the MCC become the exclusive UK and European distributor of Albion's cricket caps, sun-hats and helmets.
The deal - the first commercial deal the MCC has signed - will be officially unveiled at Lord's in London on October 3.
Said Ross Barrat, Albion's general manager, sales and marketing: "In its long history, the MCC has never previously entered into a joint venture of this sort.
"Everyone at Albion is looking forward to working with MCC for many years to come."
As well as being a long-term official equipment supplier to Cricket Australia, Albion supplies headgear to the national teams of New Zealand, South Africa, the West Indies, Zimbabwe and Bangladesh. The Albion brand is also supported by county teams in England and provincial sides in South Africa.
