UK race track Rockingham is to build a new welcome and conference centre.
The new glass-fronted building will face the track's start-line and combine a shop and reception area with banqueting and conference facilities capable of accommodating over 350 delegates.
The new centre will be completed by the end of the year.
Rockingham was the venue for two CART races in recent years.
