The league programme had looked likely to be put back after a split between the teams over the way their TV rights were sold.
The self-styled G13 group of clubs, which includes Real Madrid and Barcelona, had wanted to sell the games on an individual basis, using the power of their brands to drive up their prices. While remaining teams - the G30 - had favoured a collective deal.
The G30 have, however, now reached an agreement with the Sogecable TV network for a new three-year deal worth up to EUR92m per season.
Said RCD Mallorca president, Mateo Alemany: "This is a good agreement for Spanish football and for the Spanish clubs that were involved in this problem.
"It was clear that the league could not start under the same conditions we had before. Now things have changed and I am satisfied with the deal we have signed."
A TV wrangle which threatened to delay the start of Spain's Primera Division has been resolved.
