The satellite broadcaster has already written down most of its £40 million (B57m/$64.4m) investment in the London club and is set to receive £5.9m (B8.4/$9.5m) for its holding of ordinary shares.
Abramovich has offered £35p a share for the club, valuing it at £59.3m (84.5m/B95.5m).
Satellite broadcaster BSkyB has sold its 9.9 percent stake in English Premier League side Chelsea to new billionaire owner Roman Abramovich.
