The firm won a seven-way creative pitch for the contract offered by the General Organisation for Youth and Sport of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The arena, designed by German architects Tilke GmbH, is due to stage its inaugural Grand Prix in 2004.
The Interstate team is currently carrying out an intense research and planning phase in collaboration with the Bahrain steering group.
Interstate is also responsible for the re-design of the Silverstone GP signage and customer information system, which will be shown this weekend on the British Grand Prix for the first time, and the identity of the Toyota Formula 1 team.
