Following its strategic partnerships with the ATP and Wimbledon, Lotto Sport Italia is adding to its development of the company's business in the world of tennis with the signing of a partnership agreement with the WTA Tour.
The agreement will come into force in January 2004, have a 5 year duration and operate in four different areas: 'Official WTA Tour product', 'Players Program', 'Official Partner' and 'Advertising & TV'.
Edoardo Artaldi, Lotto's marketing & communications vice president stated: "The agreement with the WTA Tour has been sealed at a key point on the route the company is taking to strengthen its image in tennis. This partnership will allow us to gain greater recognition as the 'authentic tennis' company, from the entire movement.
"Because our research, innovation and the design of our models is unique - in addition to the tradition that links 'the double diamond logo' to tennis - and given what the WTA stands for in tennis this agreement will help us confirm our authenticity in the sport."

Italian sports wear brand Lotto has increased its involvement in tennis after signing a major sponsorship deal with the WTA Tour.
