Nike, whose existing agreement runs out in January, will be England's official kit supplier and an official England rugby sponsor until the summer of 2008.
RFU commercial director Paul Vaughan commented: "Nike is one of the best and most well-known brands in the world. Their commitment to English rugby is a testament to the strength of rugby in England and we are delighted to continue our partnership until the end of the 2007/08 season.
"The England management and players have a very productive working relationship with Nike and are delighted with the high quality of the kit."
A new kit will be launched for the World Cup in Australia in the autumn.
