Club chairman Malcolm Reynolds described the agreement, which will see the brand logo of Nike's regional agents Roots Sports Ltd emblazoned across the seaside club's shirts, as "ground-breaking".
He added: "This is a major deal for the club and will be an important financial boost for us as we will get on-going income from the sale of Nike replica shirts."
The Nationwide Conference club, which is bidding for promotion back to the football league next season after narrowly missing out on the play-offs this year, will launch their new colours of red shirts and black shorts, and a blue and black striped away shirt, at the start of August.
The Seadogs, as the club is known, have only recently emerged from financial administration.
Sportswear giant Nike has upped its investment in English grass-roots soccer after agreeing a kit sponsorship deal with Nationwide Conference side Scarborough.
