The unique partnership will see the parties work jointly to explore 'X Factor' performance, i.e., what is it that makes the difference between a good and an exceptional sportsperson, or business leader; what separates a good team and a winning team.
The X Factor Performance Coaching programme is a strategic partnership between Kevin Bowring, head of elite coaching at the RFU and Catalyst, which specializes in helping major organizations improve business performance.
The full compliment of 18 RFU coaches will work alongside 25 director level delegates from major corporations in 4 modules working in two streams spread through 2003.
Stated Bowring: "On the back of the 6 Nations, expectations for England Rugby are high. In World Cup year, it's critical for the RFU to ensure that our coaches are developed and positioned at the cutting edge of leadership and performance coaching.
