The club has been dropped to the second division as a result of 'financial irregularities'.
The club intends to appeal.
Said a club statement: "After talks with our advisers we will be appealing before the deadline.
“We acknowledge the league’s decision but we don’t agree with its conclusions.”
The club admits a debt of around EUR53m - although some suggest the real figure is closer to EUR80m.
