Jim McCahill has been installed as the incoming chairman of newly promoted English Premier League side Leicester City.
McCahill replaces previous chairman Jon Holmes who had taken on the position on a temporary basis as the club moved out of financial administration.
Holmes stepped down after heading up a consortium bid for the club and once promotion to the Premier League had been secured.
