A US investment bank has become the 2003 title sponsor of the Washington DC PGA Tour event.
The deal with Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc, will see the event become known as the FBR Capital Open. It takes place next month.
The agreement was agreed through Kemper Sports, a Chicago-based marketing and golf management company that operates the tournament.
Talks are now on-going about extending the initial one-year deal.
