The Soccerex 2003 conference was originally scheduled to take place in Dubai this month but was postponed due to the outbreak of war in the Middle East.
The rescheduled dates will see the conference take place in the initially intended venue of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.
The new dates will see Soccerex run concurrently with the FIFA Youth World Cup creating what FIFA President Sepp Blatter has described as "a fruitful synergy between the two events."
Soccerex 2003 has confirmed the participation of associations as diverse as FIFA, the Libyan Football Federation and the English Football Association as well as a multitude of world-renowned football clubs.
President of the Asian Football Confederation, Mohamed bin Hammam, comments: "Soccerex will facilitate exchange between Asian and international entities. It brings together all sectors of international football providing opportunities for all different elements of the sport."
The postponed global soccer conference Soccerex 2003 will now take place in Dubai on 29 and 30 November.
