The deal will see Re:Activ provide branded merchandise for the ERC's array of properties including the Heineken Cup, Parker Pen Challenge Cup and Parker Pen Shield.
Re:Activ will also implement and manage ERC's e-commerce merchandise facility and well as providing sponsors' merchandise and staff uniforms.
The appointment is the second big contract won by Re:Activ in recent weeks having previously signed a licensing deal with Aintree Racecourse - an agreement that includes the Grand National.
Sports licensing and merchandising agency Re:Activ has signed a contract with European Rugby Cup Ltd for the governing body's major properties including the Heineken Cup.
