Basketball star Shaquille O'Neal has signed a new sponsorship deal with healthcare manufacturer Chattem Inc.
Chattem Inc., which manufactures over-the-counter healthcare products, signed Los Angeles Lakers star O'Neal to endorse its Icy Hot painkiller.
Financial terms of the three-year agreement, which begins this July, weren't disclosed.
The 31-year-old O'Neal, who has led the Lakers to three straight National Basketball Association championships, hasn't played an entire season since entering the league as the No. 1 pick in the 1992 draft due to recurring injuries.
