In a special ceremony at the Estadio Olimpico - the venue for the final on May 21 - UEFA will reveal the design, a move aimed at enhancing the appeal of the tournament and bring it closer to the Champions League.
UEFA has been adding extra flavour to the competition in recent years by producing an 'event design' which can be applied to all the graphical elements surrounding the match. These range from tickets to street banners, and even the tiniest details, such as place-mats in hospitality areas.
The design for this season's UEFA Cup final in Seville, Spain will be unveiled later today.
