The new deal for the event, which takes place in Birmingham between March 14-16, adds to Norwich Union's existing sponsorship deal with UK Athletics.
As its premier sponsor it has committed £20m over five years covering all levels of athletics in the UK.
Said Terry Colton, championship director: "Their support for athletics and athletes in the UK has been invaluable over the last four years and has helped to develop the sport to the level we see today."
