Aura descends on Fulham site

Specialist digital sports agency Aura Sports has teamed up with English Premier League soccer club Fulham to take over advertising sales of the club's official website.

Fulhamfc.co.uk, which was designed and built by Liquorice, currently has some 200,000 unique users and generates upwards of two million page views monthly. It is also available in Japanese at www.fulhamfc-jp.com - an increasingly popular site given the popularity of the side's Japanese soccer star Junichi Inamoto.

Said Paul Wright, managing director of Aura Sports: “This agreement with Fulham is a very important step for Aura Sports, it consolidates and builds upon our network of sites.

"Aura Sports now represents seven Premiership football clubs, which gives us a greater share of voice within the marketplace. We will now seek to grow the market and bring new brands and product categories into the sector by being both innovative and targeted in our approach to media.”
