The document, which was sent to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) last week, outlines the full proposal which the organisers of the Vancouver bid hope will meet with the international governing body's approval.
Comments John Furlong, the bid corporation's president and chief operating officer: "This document is the backbone of our bid. It's the document we get our energy from. The book is the plan but it in a way defines us, it defines who we are and defines our overall strategy."
