The Sports Loyalty Card company has already signed up Everton and Ipswich Town to test the new scheme and has stated that two more Premier League teams would soon be added to the client list.
It is hoped that a dozen more clubs will also sign up before the scheme launches for real at the start of next season.
The club branded loyalty cards will allow fans to build up reward points with more than 150 retailers with high-street brands such as Dixons, Domino's Pizza, Game, and the Automobile Association all committed to the scheme.
Said Gavin Dein: "We offer fans the opportunity to develop a deeper relationship with their club and, by adding sponsors to the programme in the future, the chance to earn points and pay for their passion."
Sports Loyalty Card will be competing in the loyalty scheme sector with TeamCard - a similar programme being used by the likes of Chelsea, Bolton and Millwall.
A new football club loyalty scheme is launching next season in the UK, masterminded by Gavin Dein - the son of the Arsenal chairman, David Dein.
