The new one-year agreement will see Eurosport broadcast coverage of both the World Superbike Championship and the Supersport World Championship motorcycling series throughout 2003.
Eurosport has committed to at least 2 hours of live action from every round of the series as well as highlights coverage and repeat programming.
Commented Paolo Flammini, president of Superbike International: "We are extremely happy to continue our relationship with Eurosport, which started in 1988, bringing excellent results to both parties.
"We are sure that the thrilling show, offered by the Superbike and Supersport World Championships, will also continue during the next season, and therefore continue to provide the outstanding audiences that our series has gained on Eurosport in the past."
The World Superbike Championship has renewed its TV rights deal with pan-regional network Eurosport.
