Brazil, Dominican Republic and Turkey were all approved as new members of the FIH at its congress at the MeadowLea World Cup in Perth, Australia.
FIH Hon Secretary General, Peter Cohen commented: "FIH now has 114 national associations throughout the world. I'm delighted that the global development of hockey globally continues and I'd like to welcome the new associations to the FIH."
