Representatives from both the English Football Association and Premier League will attend Soccerex 2003, organisers have confirmed.
They join a growing list of delegates which also includes a first appearance at the annual event by the Asian Football Confederation, whose president Mohammed Bin Hammam, will be one of the conference speakers.
The exhibition and conference will be held at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai on March 23-24, coinciding with the UAE's hosting of the FIFA Youth World Cup which begins on March 25.
