Broadband programming firm Sportev has signed a deal with the online division of Italian marketing company Media Parnters, MP Web, to bring coverage of Serie A football back to the UK.
The new channel, Serie-A.tv, has been available exclusively to AOL broadband subscribers for the past month in the UK and will roll out on other broadband networks early in the New Year.
Each week, subscribers will be able to access a selection of at least four Serie A games and will have the ability to watch full games, highlights or interactive highlights, which enable the viewer to jump to video on-demand clips of key moments from the games.
