The UK-based firm says the move will consolidate the sponsorship work the agency already undertakes across for its clients, which include Audi, Budweiser, Michelob, Telewest Broadband and Virgin Mobile.
Said Consolidated's managing director, Sarah Robinson said: "Our big brand sponsorship experience, including Budweiser's sponsorship of The 2002 FIFA World Cup and Audi's sponsorship of Le Mans means that we are well poised to offer a stand-alone sponsorship team.
"Unlike many niche agencies, we understand the media environment and can ensure that clients get a healthy return on their investment."
As a result of the move, it has recruited Tim Hunt as a new director, and will lead a five-strong team.
