Founer of Schecter & Co, Stephen Schecter, has arranged bonds for English clubs Newcastle United, Leeds United, Southampton, Ipswich Town and Leicester City, as well as a securitisation deal for German Bundesliga outfit Schalke 04, but believes English soccer's governing body will be faced with writing 'some very big cheques' as a result of the recently announced deal.
