PCB hit by double resignation

The Pakistan Cricket Board has been rocked by the resignation of two of its foremost officials following the national side's dismal Test match defeat by Australia.

The PCB's director Chisty Mujahid and its chairman Tauqir Zia both handed in their resignations to the board's patron, national president Pervez Musharraf who will decide whether to accept their decisions tomorrow when he returns from a diplomatic meeting in Turkey.
The potential dual loss came after Pakistan were bowled out twice for the scores of 59 and 53 - the country's two lowest ever innings totals in a Test match.
