The deal will see the NFL's showpiece event beamed simultaneously on both Five and Sky Sports.
It represents a major boost for NFL Europe, which sees easily accessible TV coverage of the sport as a key way in driving interest levels in the sport.
The game takes place in San Diego, California, on January 26.
Said Jim Connelly, managing director of NFL Europe: "We now have Channel 5 and the opportunity to reach even more fans – new and old – through the additional exposure of a terrestrial broadcaster. That combination creates some exciting opportunities to promote the event to a wide range of people.”
Sky Sports already has a deal in place for regular season NFL coverage.
